PRESIDENT'S PAGE
Our President, Ske Radomske has put up a $50 cash prize for each rodeo weekend this year that can be won by a WSHSRA competing member that participates in the grand entry.
By carrying a sponsor flag, riding your horse in the grand entry or participating by being a non riding member and walking on foot to the center of the arena during the National Anthem your name will be put in the bucket for the drawing. You will get a chance to get your name in the bucket for both Saturday and Sunday if you participate both days.
This award was generated to encourage camaraderie and team spirit amongst our members as we acknowledge our sponsors and National Anthem.
We look forward to seeing everyone’s shining faces in the center of the arena,
Good Luck!
Lauren Goecke @ Cashmere
Haley Primley @ Othello
Kacilyn Davis @ Ellensburg

Howdy and Happy Spring! To all you WSHSRA Parents and Competitors,
Well it is here! Spring high school rodeo season is about ready to get started for 2008. I hope you have all been getting your horses and rodeo skills in shape because the Coulee City rodeo is this next weekend!!! I am looking forward to seeing you all improve throughout this spring season.
I am also looking forward to seeing all of you turn out for the Grand Entry. Don’ forget the $50 award each weekend. If you participate in the Grand Entry, either on horseback or by walking in, your name goes in the pot and on Sunday we will draw a winner who receives a crisp $50 bill my wife, Jody and myself have donated and called THE PRESIDENTS AWARD!!
The Les Schwab award saddles have already arrived and are being distributed to several of their stores to put on display. Hazel Treat has the awards on order so we are ready and I hope you are, because the competition is about start.
For those of you who do not know, I will likely be forced to miss a rodeo or two this spring, I have been recently diagnosed with prostrate cancer so it will likely take me a little time to whip the problem, but do not worry, I will get the job done! Mean while we have an excellent executive committee in place to keep the ship shipshape. Things are in order and Troy, Dana, Sonja, my wonderful wife, and all the rest will keep them on course.
See you all soon! Best regards, Ske Radomske
